Jason's Hot Sauce Co. started with a backyard garden full of habaneros and a simple idea: chilli sauce should taste like something. Not just heat for heat's sake — real flavour, built around fresh Australian fruit and honest ingredients.

We make flavour-first chilli sauces and condiments using fresh, Australian-grown ingredients from local suppliers. No artificial flavours. No preservatives. Just bold, balanced heat that's made to be used — on everything, every day.

SOURCING & INGREDIENTS
We source from local Australian growers wherever possible. Our mangoes come from Queensland, our honey is Australian-made, and our chillies are either homegrown or sourced from nearby farms. We believe great sauce starts with great ingredients.
