Original is a medium heat — enough to notice, never enough to overpower. Think everyday table sauce. Extreme has a fuller habanero hit that builds and lingers. Same great mango flavour, just turned up. Neither is designed to be painful — we're flavour-first, not macho-heat.

Mango & Habanero Hot Sauce: mango, habanero, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, lime, cumin, salt, maple syrup. Hot Honey: 100% pure Australian honey and a mix of chillies (aji limón, habanero, Carolina Reaper × Chocolate Moruga Scorpion). No artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives in any of our products.

We use fresh Australian-grown ingredients wherever possible. Our mangoes come from Queensland, our chillies are either homegrown or from local farms, and our honey is Australian-made. We believe great sauce starts with great ingredients.

Hot sauce: store in a cool, dry place before opening; once opened, shake well before use and keep refrigerated. The sauce may darken slightly over time — this is natural and doesn't affect the taste. Hot honey is shelf stable — no fridge needed.

Due to the nature of food products, we can't accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Our Mango & Habanero Hot Sauce is vegan and gluten-free. Our Hot Honey contains honey, so it's not vegan. All products are made in a facility that may handle common allergens.
